CONVENIENT OPTIONS FOR TENANTS
Our residents have the ability to submit a work order multiple ways all day long. We understand maintenance is a large reason why residents will not renew so we feel this is one of the most important customer service aspects for a landlord but we also keep focused on the owner's bottom line by completing work only necessary to general upkeep and future maintenance prevention.
- 24/7 Maintenance Line - Residents can call our 24/7 work order line that allows the resident to speak with a live US based person that can assist in troubleshooting the maintenance issue or just getting the requested repair in the system for our maintenance team to follow up on.
- Tenant Portal - Residents thru their individual portal online can submit maintenance requests with the ability to upload pictures as well.
- Email - Although not encouraged for quickest results, residents can email email@example.com and they are sure to get a response by their management team in a guaranteed amount of time.
At the end of the day, maintenance can make or break an investment either because of the potential increased expense to an owner or the potential unhappiness of a residents expectations. It is our job at GCR&D to make sure we walk that fine line of keeping the owners short and long term expenses as low as possible while ensuring the tenant is as happy as can be possible.
